We ship orders locally and internationally. Shipping times, rates, and availability may vary depending on location and product type.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard order preparation: 2–5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays may process the next business day
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships

2. Delivery Time

Location and estimated delivery windows:

Hawaii & U.S. Mainland - (5–12 business days)
Palau - (12 to 20 business days)

International - (15–45 business days)

3. Shipping Rates

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination & carrier
• Free shipping may apply during promotions or minimum order value
• Additional duties or import taxes may apply internationally

4. Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be sent once your item ships
• Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear
• Some products may ship separately for faster delivery

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item:

Check with neighbors or household
Allow 1–3 additional days for delivery variance
