1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
• The wrong product was received
• You request a return within 7–14 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
• Certain personal-use or intimate products may not be returnable for hygiene reasons
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
• Sale/clearance items
• Items damaged after delivery (misuse, wear, or neglect)
• Digital or downloadable products
3. Refund Process
Once the item is returned and inspected:
• Approved refunds are issued within 3–10 business days
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault
4. Exchanges
If you received the wrong size, color, or product, we will replace it at no cost once confirmed.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may receive store credit or a refund.
5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is caused by us
• We will provide a return label when applicable
