Returns are accepted if:
✔ The wrong item was sent
✔ The product arrived damaged or defective
✔ You request return within 7–14 days of delivery
To qualify:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Certain personal or intimate items cannot be returned

📦 Return Shipping Responsibility
• If the error is ours → return shipping is covered
• If reason is customer decision (wrong size, changed mind) → shipping may apply
Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected.

• Returned using original payment method
