If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:
 

🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

✔ The wrong item was sent
✔ The product arrived damaged or defective
✔ You request return within 7–14 days of delivery

To qualify:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Certain personal or intimate items cannot be returned
 

🔄 Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are available if:

• You received the wrong size, color, or product
• Your item arrived defective or damaged

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
 

📝 How to Submit a Return or Exchange

Email us with your:

  1. Order Number

  2. Reason for return/exchange

  3. Photo evidence (if damaged or incorrect)

📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

• If the error is ours → return shipping is covered
• If reason is customer decision (wrong size, changed mind) → shipping may apply

Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected.
 

Refund Timeframe

• Refunds are processed in 3–10 business days
• Returned using original payment method
